Pro-Bound Sports warrants all of our products against defects in workmanship and material (vinyl covering not included) for 3 years, from the date of shipment. Normal deterioration of products due to weather, wear and tear or other causes that do not affect functional use are not covered by this warranty. Alteration or modification of any product voids any warranty. Pro-Bound Sports reserves the right to repair, replace or refund, as appropriate. Please contact Pro-Bound Sports for instructions and return authorization. Pro-Bound Sports shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever.

All orders are subject to credit approval. Payment on account is due 30 days from invoice date. All past due accounts are subject to a 1-1/2% per month (18% per year) interest charge and collection costs.
Pro-Bound Sports’ Customer Service Representatives are ready to help you from 8:00am to 4:30pm CST. Please verify the accuracy of your order particularly as to shipping instructions, model number, quantities, unit of measure and color. Customers are responsible for all freight charges and sales tax where applicable.
Pro-Bound Sports reserves the right to redesign or change materials of products to improve safety, durability, installation, or value.
All returns must be authorized by Pro-Bound Sports, LLC and require return authorization. Call our Customer Care Team at 785-666-4207. Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of return authorization issue date; otherwise the return will not be eligible. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return shipping charges. Items will also be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%. Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or an error was made in production. The return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns. We are not responsible for misuse, customer installation or improper storage.
All sporting activities carry the risk of injury to the participants. Improperly maintained equipment and inadequately supervised programs are significant contributing factors. All equipment must be thoroughly inspected and maintained to reduce the risk to the users.
